Brivia Group‘s project will be built between Place Phillips and Saint Alexandre streets, in the block bordered by Sainte Catherine Street and René Lévesque Boulevard. The site is currently used as a parking lot.

It was a lively residential neighbourhood in the 19th century before it was transformed into a shopping destination. When completed, the 1, Square Phillips project will support the revitalization under way in this part of downtown, along with the transformation of Birks, The Bay and the arrival of Time Out Market, a hot spot for foodies that will bring together the city’s best bars and restaurants under one roof.
